By joining the Organic Oasis CSA you are agreeing to the terms below. Please read them before you sign up.
In joining the Organic Oasis CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), I understand and agree to the following:
Farming is a seasonal and unpredictable undertaking. My share will vary from week to week depending on what is looking best in the fields, and there are regrettably no substitutions in the bags. Fluctuation and variation are inherent in farming (seasons, weather, pests, and other unforeseen forces of nature).
Organic Oasis will, to the best of its ability, provide the freshest, highest quality fruits and vegetables possible — however, I understand I am assuming a mutual risk with my farmer, and that I share in the bounty as well as in the risks of agriculture.
I accept that severe weather, crop failure or other events beyond the farm's control may reduce, delay or shorten the season, and that no refund is due if they do.
I agree to pick up my share at the agreed upon location and time on each of my scheduled pick-up days, or arrange for someone else to. I understand that if I do not pick up my share it will be donated, and that missed shares are not made up or refunded.
I can sell or transfer ownership of my share at any point during the season, but there are no refunds. All sales are final.
My first payment (the full season price, or the first half if I selected the 2 payment option) is due on October 15, 2026 — or, if I join after that date, when the farm invoices me. If I selected the 2 payment option, I understand my second payment is due on January 15, 2027.
